Kids Ministry
At Hope Church Tacoma, we are dedicated to nurturing the faith and growth of children from newborns through 5th grade. Our goal is to introduce kids to Jesus in a way that is engaging, age-appropriate, and impactful. We believe that every child can grow into a passionate follower of Christ, and we are here to support them every step of the way.
Our Kids Ministry is all about building unshakable faith in the hearts and homes of our children. We strive to create a foundation of faith that will support them throughout their lives, helping them to grow into enthusiastic followers of Jesus. Through engaging lessons and meaningful interactions, we aim to instill values and teachings that will stay with them forever.

CAMP HOPE
Launched in the fall of 2019, Camp Hope at Hope Church Tacoma is dedicated to serving our community’s children with an enriching after-school program. Motivated by our mission to serve Christ and our neighbors, Camp Hope offers a secure, Christ-centered environment for 3rd to 5th grade students. Our program provides essential support, including math and reading tutoring, free gym play, and various enrichment activities. Expanding our offerings, Camp Hope now includes exciting new opportunities such as Chess Club and Ballet lessons, further enhancing the experience for the children in our community.

Join us for Children’s Church every Sunday at 10:30 AM. This is a special time designed for kids in grades K-5. During this service, children gather to explore Bible stories, participate in interactive activities, and build friendships in a safe and nurturing space. We warmly invite your child to join us this Sunday and experience the joy of learning about God in a community of peers.
NURSERY
For our littlest ones, we offer a nursery that provides a safe and nurturing environment for children from newborns up to pre-kindergarten. The nursery operates year around during Sunday worship services. Our caring team ensures that even the youngest members of our church community experience love and care while their families participate in worship.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH
Join us for Children’s Church every Sunday at 10:30 AM. This is a special time designed for kids in grades K-5. Our Student Ministry is designed to foster spiritual growth and fun for teenagers. We aim to help teens develop a deep and lasting passion for Jesus, nurturing their faith as they transition into adulthood. Teens join their families for worship on Sundays, but they come together for their own Student Gatherings twice a month from 4:00PM – 6:00PM, to connect with friends, explore their faith, and enjoy engaging activities. Our goal is for every teenager to recognize their true identity in Jesus, grow in their faith, and integrate their beliefs into everyday life. Join us as we encourage teens to follow Jesus, respect others, and have fun along the way.
HOPE TACOMA YOUTH
